Oh Lancaster, our Lancaster, our high school so dear. We praise
thee Alma Mater, thy name we love to hear. Oh Lancaster, our Lancaster,
long may she rule in fame. Here's a toast to old Lancaster, long
live her name.
LHS Fight Song
Stand up and cheer cheer loud and long for old
Lancaster. For today we raise the blue and gold above the rest!
Our boys are fighting and they are bound to win this fray! We've
got the team, we've got the steam! For this is old Lancaster's

Cheerleading Camp Awards for Junior High Cheerleaders
On August 1st, 2nd and 3rd, fifty
three girls from both General Sherman and Thomas Ewing
Junior High Schools attended NCA Cheerleading Camp at
The Ohio State University. Coach Morris and I are
extremely proud of their Teamwork, showing dedication
in the hot weather and under the pressure of competing
for the first time against other schools. Coach Morris
also did a fantastic job facilitating the trip for the
girls - it was well planned and could not have gone any
better. Cheerleading this year is certainly starting
out very well for all programs in Lancaster!

The
LHS Cheerleaders had a great time all the summer camps.
The Varsity, JV, and Frosh squads each won a prestigious
Cheer Ohio Spirit Key. They were in tropical paradise
at the Biddy Camp and practiced hard at Gales Camp.
The squad kept busy this summer but now they're ready
to Rock the Gales this fall!
