In Memory of Doug Henwood - A Lancaster Golden Gale Through and Through
Doug Henwood, LHS Boys and Girls Track Head Coach, passed away on May 13, 2008. He coached for a total of 35 years at LHS leading the Gales to 8 Central District titles, 7 OCC Championships in 9 years, 9 individual State titles and also earning OCC Ohio Division and Central District Coach of the Year honors 6 times. Gales Volleyball Camp 2009
The Gales Volleyball Camp 2009 will be held July 27-29, 2009 in two sessions. Session I will cater to the athlete that has prior volleyball experience. Session II is for the begining to intermediate player. This camp will provide instruction in the development of fundamental skills and techniques needed for competitive volleyball.
